An Individualized Approach to Cosmetic Dermatology
Dr. Hadeler approaches cosmetic dermatology with an emphasis on thoughtful assessment, natural-appearing outcomes, and treatments tailored to each patient's individual features and goals. His interests include injectable treatments, laser and energy-based procedures, skin rejuvenation, and other minimally invasive aesthetic treatments.
Every cosmetic consultation begins with an individualized assessment of the patient's concerns, anatomy, skin quality, and goals. Dr. Hadeler believes that successful aesthetic treatment often comes from understanding how these elements relate to one another rather than approaching any feature in isolation. Treatment may involve a single procedure or a combination of modalities selected to achieve subtle, balanced results.

Art, Observation & Cosmetic Dermatology
Before entering medicine, Dr. Hadeler studied the History of Art and Architecture alongside Biological Sciences at UC Santa Barbara. His undergraduate scholarship included a thesis examining the work of Leonardo da Vinci, an interest he later revisited in his published article, Leonardo Da Vinci's Archival of the Dermatologic Condition, exploring the intersection of art, anatomy, and dermatology. At commencement, he received the William R. Reardon Award in recognition of his academic achievements.
That longstanding engagement with the visual arts continues to inform his perspective on aesthetic medicine. Careful observation, an understanding of anatomy, and an appreciation for proportion, balance, and subtle detail are central to his approach. These principles inform an aesthetic philosophy centered on preserving individuality and complementing each patient's natural features.
